What is HolaDrive?
HolaDrive is a ride-hailing platform that connects riders with trusted local drivers through a simple, safe mobile app.
How is HolaDrive different?
We focus on care, safety, and respect: from how we treat drivers to how we support riders. You will notice it in the fare, the verification, and the way incidents are handled.
How do I become a driver?
Switch to Driver mode in the app, upload your government ID, profile photo, licence, insurance and vehicle documents, then complete a background check and a short safety briefing. Most people finish in a few days once documents are ready.
What documents do drivers need?
A valid driver’s licence, government ID, a recent photo of yourself and the car, and proof of insurance that meets local rules.
How are drivers paid?
Earnings are transferred weekly by direct deposit. You can track trips, tips, and totals in the HolaDrive app.
What is HolaDrive-My-Car?
HolaDrive-My-Car is for when you have a car but cannot drive — a certified Hola driver comes to you and drives your vehicle.
What happens if I report a problem?
Use in-app support or email us. A trust team reviews the trip. Accounts can be paused. Serious violations lead to a permanent ban, and we report to authorities when required.
